RMS St Helena loaded passengers and was gone by 10:00. Craig
then brought the diesel and by 10:30 we were on our way. No wind so motored
out. 17:30 enough wind to put the spinnaker up.
Supper Left over pork goulash with mash.

Woken up at 01:30 with spinnaker wrap. Once it was sorted out
we put the jib and toke it easy until daylight. Spinnaker up but wind variable
so gave up at 16:30 and sailed on with the jib. The port engine room is getting
water from some where –not a lot but something we must keep an eye. Trouble is
we cannot tell where it is coming from. Also water maker is leaking a little
oil so something that needs to be watched.
Supper Tuna pasta (delicious)

Another spinnaker wrap 01:00. So up with jib again. It has
been cloudy for the last two days and the wind tends to shift – miss the shift
and bingo a wrap.
Things settled down and by 10:30 had the bag up again. Sun has
come out too so things are looking up. After a couple or squalls passed by –
missed us – the horizon cleared and the wind veered to put on a parallel course
to the rum line. Lets hope it stays like this for a long time. Course good
speed good (+- 6knots)
Supper Bully beef mixed with fried potatoes
Crew all fine.
