First night watch I have had with a moon. It was great and what’s more we also had some wind, which a lot more than I can say for now (17:15 UTC). Lets hope this only a short holiday the wind is taking. Up until now I was expecting to make Fortaleza round about 16th, so lets pray for some wind – not too much.
Ran the port engine in neutral for 2hrs this morning. The ingress was no greater, but the sail drive is making a diff whining type of noise. To find the water ingress I guess we are going to have to spend some time in the engine room with a rag. Not too many volunteers.
Supper the last steak (we have managed to keep a few things frozen in the fridge’s freezer compartment, but the steak is starting to de-thaw)
